For molding part, we use high temperature molding 150℃ under 100 tons of pressure to complete the molding process in order to make the shape and construction of products are stable and great. Furthermore, there are some significant production processes need to be done to ensure that the products performance as good as we expect. Apart from that, we have many of professional testing and development equipment to ensure that the products that we manufacture which are bring out a brilliant performance.

This high grit paddle (8.5oz) has very good power, and spin. If you are used to playing with the other paddle (T700 Raw Carbon Fiber Paddle, 8.1oz), it takes time to get use to this high grit. This high grit paddle pops (react) fast, unlike the other model where it softens the impact. Because of its higher spin and harder surface, you need to have good wrist touch-and-go finesse to place the ball properly to where you want to, otherwise the ball will just pops. When purchasing this paddle, make sure to write a note to Juciao for 8.5oz. The handle radius is smaller than the other model mentioned above. If you are coming from badminton background playing with 31lbs (or above) string tension, this high grit paddle is for you; the touch-go feeling is just like that. This high grit paddle, in my humble opinion, is by far the best Juciao produced; at least to the kind of game I preferred (touch-go control). Thank you so much, Juciao, making this weight based on my personal request.
